    Disaster Restoration FAQ

    Answers to Help You
    Breathe a Little Easier.

How fast can a crew get to my property after I call?

Our 24/7/365 dispatcher answers in minutes and a crew is typically on-site within 60 to 90 minutes anywhere in the Gallatin Valley, and within 2 to 3 hours in outlying areas like Helena, Butte, Livingston, and Big Timber.

Yes. We document the loss with photos, moisture readings, and Xactimate-compatible scopes, and bill your insurance carrier directly. You typically only pay your deductible. We also offer financing for out-of-pocket costs and deductibles.

In most water and mold jobs you can stay. For active fire or smoke damage, or jobs requiring large containment, we will help coordinate temporary housing, which is usually a covered expense under your policy.

Most insured water losses fall between $1,000 and $15,000; fire and smoke jobs vary widely depending on structural impact. We provide a free on-site assessment with a written estimate before any work begins.

Yes. Category 3 black-water losses require specific PPE, antimicrobials, and disposal protocols. We are equipped and certified to handle sewage backups, septic failures, and contaminated standing water.
