  • Sexually explicit material

  • Hate-based content

  • Alcohol promotions

  • Firearm or ammunition sales

  • Tobacco or vaping promotions

Fraudulent or Malicious Content

  • Phishing

  • Impersonation

  • Malware, spyware, or viruses

  • Fraudulent or materially misleading statements

Evasion and Abuse

Treasure State Restoration will not:

  • Use shared public URL shorteners when prohibited by messaging providers or carriers

  • Intentionally misspell words or alter content to evade carrier filters

  • Send substantially similar messages through multiple phone numbers to avoid restrictions, sometimes referred to as “snowshoeing”

  • Alter message headers

  • Spoof or conceal sender identity

  • Attempt to bypass carrier, platform, or regulatory safeguards

Message Frequency and Reconfirmation

When recurring messages are sent, Treasure State Restoration will:

  • Disclose the expected frequency before or during opt-in

  • Provide clear opt-out instructions

  • Avoid sending messages more frequently than disclosed

  • Reconfirm or renew consent when required by applicable law, carrier requirements, or messaging-platform policies

Enforcement

Potential violations of this policy may result in:
