Development and Sales Associate to join our team.
Job Description
The Business Development and Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting our business
growth initiatives and expanding our customer base. This position requires a motivated
individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales and
marketing.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of a consistent route marketing strategy for SW Montana
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and support the creation of effective outreach plans
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness about our damage restoration services
- Participate in events and community outreach efforts to engage with potential customers
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging opportunities
- Assist in creating innovative content and campaign ideas to capture audience attention and drive engagement
- Support the management of our social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising efforts
- Collaborate with our team to create compelling marketing materials, including flyers, social media content, and website updates
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferably 2 years of experience in business development and sales, with knowledge of the restoration industry
- Proven success in sales and marketing, with a strong desire to grow in your career
- Strong understanding of market research methods, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- What We Offer
- Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
- Commissions: % will be discussed, no cap on commissions
- Reports to: Business Development & Sales Manager
